Added the capability to scan in the "Show ID Number" into a shooters selection for both requesting and assigning a show to a shooter.
Added a new scheduling report that contains the barcode Show ID (plus show name and date) for shooters to select whether they are available for the scheduled shows. This report can be used to scan in the Shows selected for either requesting or assigning a show to a shooter.
